  • Graduated at the top of his medical school class at the University of Tennessee

My role as an Interventional Cardiologist centers on preemptive strategies to prevent heart disease, the number one cause of death in men and women worldwide. I am also very passionate about prolonging health-span, so that my clients remain functional into their final years of life. I've crafted a specialized program that focuses on long-term lifestyle adjustments over quick fixes that never last. This includes a nutrient rich, high protein diet and customized exercise plans that help my clients trade body fat for lean muscle mass, leading to sustained weight loss and better cardiac health.

Living by these health principles myself has profoundly transformed my life, enabling me to actively engage with my family and maintain a vibrant lifestyle. This personal adherence enhances my commitment to my clients, as I see similar health improvements in their lives. By working together, we aim to improve your health and quality of life, building a supportive community where you are encouraged to achieve your health goals with confidence and support.

Meet Leah Huff, PA

Running and nutrition coach.

I consider myself a lifelong athlete, participating in many sports as a child, before landing on cross country and track in college. By the time I graduated from college, I realized that running was the best sport for me to have ended on; as in many ways I couldn't take a ball, field, or court with me, but I could always slip on my running shoes and head out the front door.

I ran and trained consistently while attending graduate school, completing my first marathon, while receiving my master's in physician assistant studies. I also began to dig a little deeper into HIIT workouts and strength training. I did all of this while neglecting my nutrition, and saw very little gains from my very active lifestyle.

When I started my family, and my energy and time to workout was depleted, I began to focus more on nutrition. I found this to be the missing piece of the puzzle. Many of us will lift and run ourselves into the ground, but will spend very little time researching the foods we put into our bodies on a daily basis. If we want to thrive in our day to day, and even moreso, make gains with our fitness goals, we have to make nutrition a priority.

I have spent the last several years finding foods that are clean, easy, convenient, and nutritious, so you don't have to. I will help you reach your macro goals by giving you easy to follow recipes and meal plans that support you and your family's lifestyle, as well as your workouts.

If running is your focus, I will help guide you in creating a running plan to suit your goals. We will focus on the mobility, strength, endurance, and speedwork needed to take your running to the next level.

I look forward to working with you!

Meet Brittani Byce, CNP

Women's health, muscle building, and fat loss specialist.

At the age of 15, I took my first step into the gym. It was then and there, where I first developed my passion for bodybuilding and strength training. Nearly 20 years later, I have continued to pursue my passion of weight lifting for both its physical and mental benefits. I am a full time working mother of two girls: 12 and 2. After having my most recent child at an advanced maternal age, I struggled with postpartum depression and weight gain. Ultimately, spending time at the gym and dialing in my nutrition led to resolution of all postpartum issues.  Furthermore, I achieved the physique I long strived for.  Everyday I am inspired to continue showing up for myself and my girls, and to help other women achieve similar success.
